Senior Citizens scammed out of over $10,000.00 by bank card empire Tempe Arizona

I recently was made aware that my parents which are both over the age of 70 have been scammed out of over $10,000.00 by Bank Card Empire. They were originally told that the $10k investment was to buy a database of names of business owners that would sign up for credit card processing for thier business. From these initial set ups my parents were to receive residual income on any future transactions.

They were also told that they would: A. Receive training material to show them how to run the business. B. Have a website set up for them to track transactions and C. Have a personal coach to guide them through the process. My father was told on several occassions that there was money in a fictitious account from these transactions. Not one of these promises were ever met by Bankcard Empire, and now my parents are virtually penniless and have failing health because of the enormous financial stress that they are now under.

My parents are good people who have done nothing but help others for thier whole lives. They have been talked down to and belittled by this company from day one. When I contacted them a "Representative" told me that they were going to set them up a website and do a "call blast" on the database of leads. This proved to me that it had never been done in the first place. They may have picked on the wrong people this time, as I have the means to mount a legal assault like they have never seen especially considering that I have had power of attorney for my parents for the last 2 years.
