Ripoff consumer fraud

I too, thought this was a vaild credit card comapany and paid my fees for credit card, I received only a card for thier products and to this day I cannot call to close the account and receive a refund as stated in thier mailing. There is no valid telephone or fax # or internet web address to communicate with the company.
