My acct was debited multiple times under multiple names with out autorization for amount of $39.90

I have cognitive issues so I don't remember 3 months ago but I do no that I would not authorizing anything for $39.90 and never as a continuous charge. Because I don't make that much, I have had my card canceled and have filed fraud charges against this company.
I am sure that this company has more names than what I have mentioned
