Total rip-off-Unable to get my refund after promised

Just like everyone else I thought I had done my research on this company/procedure and made an appointment for a consultation. I was seen by an RN her name was Janet, I was told that I was a perfect candidate for the procedure seeing as though I only had small "problem areas." I was told that it is vurtually painless and that I might have smoe bruising and swelling that would go away if a few weeks. I purchased the package and started treatement the next week. I endured the series of injections fine and had minimal side effects, some bruising, swelling and discomfort that night and the next day. As I started going each time it seemed as if the procedure had changed and I began to feel uneasy about the company. I also started noticing dark markings that were not going away on parts of my body. I consulting the staff including Dr. Adams and was told several times that it was from the sun and that it would go away with time and that time would be faster if I stayed out of the sun. Out of good faith I continued with my treatements expressing my concerns each time. Finally in Oct 07 I was told by the administration staff to stop treatements and start the process for recieveing a refund. I schedule my measurement appointment and completed the refund request that was sent to me via email. After quite somtime I hadn't heard anything from client services like I was told and began calling Chelsea Scheller at the medical office for help. There were times I was able to get a hold of her and she told me that they are working on my request and there were times were she did not respond to my messages. I then inturn called the main office and asked to speak with someone else I was put through to Ryan after telling him my story he told me he would call client services and get back to me. Amazingly he called me back and told me that they are processing my request still and someone would contact me. I was finally contacted by Cindy Gregos at which time she advised me that I only qualified for a partial refund cause I had not completed the procedure. I advised her that I was advised to stop by the staff due to the markings the procedure was leaving. After going around and around with her she told me that I could get a refund for the injections that I did not get and that for my thigh area which I completed they would be willing to refund me my full amount if I went back in to be re-weighed cause according to them I had gained 5 pounds. I did go back in and looked at my file and they had failed to weigh me at my consultation so I refused to be re-weighed and measured again due to the fact that I had already done that and there was no results. I called Cindy and informed her of this by leaving her a message. I have tried calling her several times and have left several messages and she has not called me back.

I still have horrible markings on my thighs and love handle area like someone has beaten me up. I called to try to get in there again to see if I can get someone to call me back and now the company is out of business. I am definately interested in joining in on a class action law suit. This company is a major scam and got away with a lot of peoples money.
