Nedaesthetica caused me to deal with excrutiating pain, nausea, dizziness, lumpiness and both hyperpigmentation from the injections but also uneveness. Never reply to refund request and only give email address to file refund

I have signed up with Lipozap on June 2 with 100% satisfaction guarantee and went to several appointments with no result what so ever and suffered so much painand feeling uncomfortable and stinging on my stomach and skin whic last for a long time. I inquired about getting my refund and Melissa Mata @ Lipozap gave me this email address to file refund: clientservices@lipozap.com on Oct 25

It gave me an auto reply stating that it will take 4-6 weeks for them to respond to my email. After 21/2 months still no reply and Melissa Mata told me that they don't have a phone number to contact them.

When I tried different people it connect me to Carrie Barnes who then told me that if I filed the refund I can only get 1/3 of what I paid and offered me to sign up for Laser Lipo which is a new procedure that they have. And apply the full credit that I paid which was $3,540.00 to this new procedure.

I figure since I most likely won't be able to collect my money might as well get the new procedure. I signed the contract to do so stating that I will apply my credit to do the Laser Lipo. Carrie barnes gave me a consultation date of July 25.

On June 30 I received a recording message stating that they have cancelled my appointment won't be conducting the procedure.

I felt it was a scam from the time that they told me that I can only request a refund thru email and never get a response for months.

If Anybody joining a class action law suit against these people, I would gladly join. Please contact me if you're a victims too or if you're from attorney office that's going to file a class action law suit against Medaesthetica.
