Z-Tel ripoff, Customer Care, Anything But

I strenuously encourage everyone stay as far as possible from Z-Tel communications phone service. Not only is their service at best questionable, but their Customer Care unit could possibly be the worst in the country. It would take me the whole day to chronicle the whole situation. Just try getting service from them and you'll see.
