I signed up with this company after a salesman Robert Herzog came to my office and lied to me about the service and rates I would receive. After I canceled they charged my account $395.00. Their customer service dept. Is full of rude, very unknowledgeable people who could care less or just don't know any better.
Not only is their cancellation fee outrageous but their rates really do suck big time so don't be suckered by these liars and crooks.
The reason their cncellation fee is so high is because they lose customers all the time.
