Dishonest, never replaced cards, May 10 to July 4

Simon blames US Bank for the failure to replace cards. Also Blames the state of Georgia where they were purchased. This is why it takes 60 days to replace an expired card. Oh, and yes they take over $50 in fees.???
And they say there is no one to elevate this problem to?
