Whos Who Among Outstanding Middle School Students
Took 47.00 and did not send plaque

I ordered plague in oct 07. I called whos who in dec. Feb. Mar.in mar 08 the phone number was no longer in service. I contacted bbb in college park ga. They did not receive a response.

I have not received a refund or the plaque as of july 03 08. The cost of the plaque was $47.00.
