This company just charged me $69.99 and i have not placed an order with them Internet internet

OMG, this is absolutely insane. I was charged $69.99 on my credit card and noticed it on my bank statement. Meanwhile, the last time i placed an order with them was oct. 2007. This charge just occurred. I tried calling the 866-422-6397 number and can't get a live voice to save my life. I emailed & no response. The phone number is not listed on their website. What am i supposed to do?
