Unauthorized charges to bank card

I made a purchase from Classiccloseouts.com in September for about 37 bucks. On June 27 they charged my card 69.99 without my authorization. I tried calling numerous times and got no answer. After an internet search, I see that this is happening to a lot of people, and no one is hearing back from them. I have disputed the charge with my bank and requested a new card. I have also filed a complaint with the NY BBB and IC3.

I notice another person on here said that they do not usually save credit card numbers on sites they don't know well, and neither do I. I was surprised to see that my card number was saved, because I'm usually very careful about that. I deleted the number from my account, although that card has now been canceled.

I would have initially chalked it up to some sort of computer error, but my internet search shows that it has been going on for about a week, and there are at least four different amounts that people are being charged - 29.99,49.99,69.99, and 79.99. Clearly some sort of fraud is going on.

Hopefully my bank helps me out, because I sure can use that 70 bucks right now.
