Held load hostage demanded advance abandoned in warehouse fees involved Burbank

All Nite Transportation took load - immediately put in storage for payment of freight bill pending - asked for wire advance of previous load they were under, demanded $500 advance - we gave advance - All Nite left load in warehouse from day one and now Warehousing company wants $1300 to release frt so we can make arrangements to get delivered to Military personnel returning from Iraq. This company is very untrustworthy and his company had a history we were unaware of when we contracted with him. He doesnt seem to care he is scamming servicemen as well as other companies.
