Ripoff deception

Early in October, my husband recieved a call from this company, ICS, by Penny Palmer ID# 5185, that said for a fee of 259 dollars we could recieve a credit card with a 2500 dollar limit. Well, we thought this was a good idea because being newly-weds we still needed to establish our credit, and since we eloped, we could use the card primarly to plan our wedding.

Our checking accound was debited on October 31st, and we were told that the card would arrive in 1-2 weeks. Of course, it didn't so we called them back probably 10 times and finally got a hold of someone, and they said there was shipping delays and the card would be here in 3-4 weeks. And we waited, and it still didn't come.

So, we called back again and left about 6 messages. Our calls were never returned. I finally got a hold of a representative on December 3, and they said there were more shipping delays, and our card would be sent out at the end of that week. A day later, my brother-in-law gave us the link to this site, and we found out that we had been a victim of fraud so, I decided to file this report.

Beware of this company, they make promises, don't deliver, and are extremely hard to get a hold of. They will take your hard earned money and lie to you until you finally wise-up, or give-up.

There is an upside to this however, my husband and I are now much more aware of these money-hungry lying scumbags, and will never ever do anything like this in the future. I don't know how these people can make their living lying to innocent people! But, we are in the process of getting our money back via our bank.
