Charged me for three searchs full price, and then emails me the next day that the searches were saled price and that i could use the credit (s) towards another search (s)

I ordered three searchs @ $59.95 each. The very next day I receive an email stating the searchs were on sale price and that I could use a credit towards another search. I emailed them numerous times; and I was quickly rerouted to speak to someone in the Sales dept about it. I sent a letter. No response. I called the number, and again was rerouted via machine answering device. I never got anywhere. I bought the Expert Assisted searchs for $59.95 each. My email I received states these were sale priced @ $29.95 each. They ripped me off for $90.00 worth. They then tried to get me to use any credits for a - nother search. I didn't need another search, just credit back to my credit card. I then received an email from a Raymond in customer service stating that I can have a $15.00 credit towrds another search. I emailed back again; and this time once again I was rerouted and my requests were IGNORED!

I fully intend to file a Consumer Fraud report with the State of Oregon; Attorney Generals office about them. I have the many numerous printouts of other peoples ripoffs from them of which I will submit should any others become victims. I am contacting my credit card company also.
