Low Pay Card... The real Rip-off

Low Pay Card... Wanting to restart you credit? Dont go to them. They promise to help your credit scores. When all they do is take money out of your checking account. On 5/16/08 They pulled $79.00 then on 5/22/08 they pulled $120.00. They promised that after 30 days if I was not satisfied they would refund my money, when they received their book and information back. I recieved my start up package on 6/10/08 and my 30 days was up on 6/13/08. So I called and got my refund # and went straight to the PO and certified them there package back. That certified mail was devilered and no one has yet to sign for it. When I did get to speak to someone about this package. Their comment was..."Well then I guess if we haven't signed for it we haven't recieved it." What a crock... Then just today my checking account had $99.00 taken out by them. I called to see what was going on. And they stated that I still owe them my membership fees. I have let them have $199.00 but no more. I stopped payment on that draft and reported them to my bank. They will never draft from my account again. And if they even try I have a leg to stand on. I may never get back my $199.00 but at least they won't get anymore out of me. Now I don't have to worry about getting hung up on every time I do get to speak with someone from that place. My advise is DO NOT accept anything from these people... Cause once you do with all of their legal small print they've got you...
