Charged me for merchandise and did not receive it

I found a watch that I liked on this web-site and ordered it using my credit card. I tried to contact them because the first time I submitted my order, they e-mailed me to say it did not go through. So I placed the order again and it went through. I tried contacting someone to check on why it did not go through the first time and never heard from anybody. I tried contacting someone after the second order went through to see how long it would take to get to me. When no one ever contacted me after 24 hours I started worrying. The phone number i called went to a voice mail and the second number they listed also went to a voice mail.
