Advanced Medical Institute provides laser hair and skin services. They are a franchise that is independently owned and operated. The Schaumburg, Illinois office decided to close their doors due to the economy and sent a brief letter stating such. There is no way to contact them or to get my money back. I did get most of my treatments before they closed but they still owe me money for 4 more treatments that I had pre-paid.
