Advanced Medical Institue
Advanced Medical closed their doors with out any contact information or reimbursement for unused treatments

I used their service for over 6 months and I prepaid for another 1 year of service only to find out that they went out of business. The letter that was sent to me indicated that they were closing and wished us the best of luck. I tried calling them as well as the other office in MN, but have not gotten any luck. Does anyone know what to do? Please respond if you've gotten this straightened out.
