Four Seasons Cleaners
Ripoff... Beware!

My wife dropped off a dress to be hemmed 2 inches on a Monday. They said it would be done Thursday night. I thought that was a long time to wait for a simple procedure since our event was Friday. I thought if it is done incorrectly there will be no time to fix it.
Anyway, I went in on Thursday night and no one knew about the dress. When they finally found it it was not done. I asked when it could be finished and the taylor said " I dunno... Maybe Saturday" I was more concerned than angry and said we need it by tomorrow. Again I was not rude or angry just concerened.
The taylor said "You should have more important things to worry about than this dress" and shook his head, like he was annoying I was asking questions.
At this point I knew if I went off on the guy he would not finish it, or screw it up on purpose, so I remained nice at hard as it was. I said my wife will be in the next day to talk with him.
The counter guy heard all of this and started to be rude to me also. He told me since I have no reciept (I told him it was in the car) I need to sign the store copy of the reciept and threw a pen down on the counter. At this point I knew they screw up things all the time and are prepared to fight complaints.
I was calm and smiled and said nothing else during the whole transaction.
As I was leaving the taylor called out " Try to find more important things to worry about!" AGAIN! This was going too far. I said nothing else and left as hard as that was. Never an apology or a promise to fix anything.
My wife went in the next morning and took the dress back unfinished and fixed it her self.
The Four Seasons clearners is a rip off! They can't handle simple alterations. Even at $1.99 dry cleaning do not take your garments there!
