Harrassing phone calls by emplyoee named Shawn

I have been a rent a center costumer for about 5 years now. I actually am one of the few who actually have had a positive experince. That is until recentally. I have paid several items off and still am paying on more. Yeah we have fell behind a week or so before, since I am terminally ill and have special needs kids sometimes life just happens. I have always been treated so very well, despite this. The tow men Juan and John are the nicest guys you could ever know. They always work with us and we get caught up somehow. However then they get these newbies, who make it there job to make Rent a Center live up to it's bad name. They call, and calll to no pravail. They act as if they havent seen you in months and you are going to still a refrigarator??? In fact we were just there and paid and spoke to Juan or John. So today I get a reminder call my payment is due from Juan, who was nice and polite, completely a gentlmen knowing I have heart failure. Well less than 30 minutes later, this complete asshole on a power trip calls like I havent came in a month! He demands to know when I am coming in! I said in a firm and nice voice, I have already spoke to someone from RAC and told them my husband will call him back. I said stop calling here this is harrassment! Then I hung up! My phone rang back instantly, so I picked up and dropped it, having chest pains from the stress. Then it rang again this asshole again (what bad costumer service) I drop the phone and it hangs up, so by this time My hand is numb only having 35% heart function, I say hello firmly, he acts like I am stealing something. I said stop calling here, this is harrassment and against the law. I ALREADY SPOKE TO JUAN.!! He said when? Dumbass five minutes ago, he then insults me, are you a costumer,??? Yeah F*face. He says well when are you coming in you are extremly pass due??? So I responded " I WILL COME IN WHEN YOU GROW A BIG DICK AND GET IT SUCKED YOU ASSHOLE, CALL HERE AGAIN AND I WILL CALL THE POLICE! He began to talk but I hung up!!! I am so mad right now. Ok yeah I probably shouldn't of said what I did, but damn it, five years I have been with them I have paid off over 10 things, referred like 20 people there, I always pay so what my payment is due Thursday today is wesnday??? Never have I ever been so angry. I was referring a friend there, but now I am telling them to not go there. I was going to pay this account off and get some more stuff from them out of loyality but now, I will never ever go back. I do not want to do business with a company that hires emplyoees to harrass terminally ill people. Shawn @ RAC in Duratee should be fired. He has no customer service skills and will kill your business!!!
