Ripoff phony publication ads we never authorized ripoff business from hell

This company managed to ly and get paid last year using phony info, this year I demanded a copy of signed contract and a copy of publication - never received either, infact they admitted that there is no signed contract but threated to take us to collections anyway. WE WILL NOT PAY FRAUDULENT CLAIMS such as this bill. This man needs to go to jail for intrastate mail fraud.
