Pocketed my payments ruined my credit turned the other cheekRip-off Beware!

I am pretty sure this company makes all it's money ripping off working class people!

I was forced to cancel their program because I realized that they were not paying my creditors. They only paid for one month, then a month and a half later I realized they stopped paying my creditors. I got two stories for why: First they said that the person who works on my account quit, so they are behind. Then, they tried to deny receiving a payment from me for August, the month in question. I faxed and certified mailed proof that they DID get that payment out of my bank account!

So, I canceled my account, and they still kept that disputed August payment. Supposedly they get to keep my first payment as a "service" fee if I cancel, but I only canceled because of THEIR negligence!

I call them everyday, usually several times. It's a good thing my cell phone has free long distance, because they make their existing customers call a LONG DISTANCE NUMBER, probably so they can keep people from calling to complain. They always tell me to "fax my request" or "leave a message" and they get *really* angry when I call repeatedly asking for my refund. Kind of like a creditor.

These people are utter and complete liars. And they aren't even good liars! I'd have more trust in a debt consolidation company run by the mob.
