Mr. Cobian was given money in advance to complete projects that were agreed upon in a written quote. Specifically, he was to obtain a piece of equipment (at an auction) known as a batch freezer, and also to convert a small trailer into a mobile freezer. Neither project was satisfied in the least, and no money has been returned. Contact was made with Mr. Cobian; however, he refuses to acknowledge his unethical position and will not respond to multiple requests through various channels to meet and settle this debt.
