Scammed me off by selling a dog from the free ads then telling me to pay for insurance and then a further 500 YAOUNDE

This so called dog seller sold me a dog and gave it to an airline delivery service which i hade to pay 100 for it. Next they asked for 200 for insurance which i thought was weird bt payed for it anyway. Now they ask me for a further 500 for some weird reason. I want my money back and i want him to suffer and pay for what he did
