Ordered a custom made ranch sign and brand and fail to pay

Ron Collier ordered a custom made ranch sign and brand. We spent a lot of time and money for the metal and paint for this sign and brand. The sign and brand were shipped March 17 and he received the merchandise along with the invoice for payment and shipping. We have sent numerous invoices for payment and talked to him several times on the phone. He has never paid his bill. We have continued to call and leave messages that he fails to respond to. This man owes $205.00 for ranch sign refinishing, $78.00 for a steer head, a brand for $18.00, $35.00 for a crate, and $141.38 FedEx Freight for a total of $477.38.
