= The company actually is a moving coordinator. It arranges a moving truck, but does not participate in a move. It is not responsible for the acts of the carrier.

= My truck showed up one week later than scheduled. It was a small Ryder rental truck.

= The furniture was delivered at 8:00 at night and wasnt unloaded until 10:30.

= The driver showed up ALONE to unload items including a large bedroom set, a piano, and a sofa. Most items went on the second floor.

= How, you ask, did he manage? Well, he approached three teenage boys who live in our neighborhood and directed them while they lugged the items up the stairs. Luckily, none of the boys were hurt and I havent been sued. But if one of them would have slipped...

= I paid World Wide Van Lines by credit card, but, as instructed, I paid the driver in cash. I also paid the boys double what the driver gave them.
