Unauthorized charges

EasySaver Phone number: 800-355-1837 PA appeared on my credit bill. Ordered flowers in March. Have been a customer w / Proflowers for a few years... No problems. After placing order online there was a pop up window asking if I wish to have a discount coupon for proflowers. I agreed, then to find out I had signed up for a service offering discounts and such.

I supposed signed up for this monthly service without my permission, never authorized theses charges and received NO emails or information regarding the easysaver program. Called the 800 # and was told I will receive a refund for the 3 months of service I did not sign up for. Called VISA and had the charges disputed.

Called Proflowers and had them remove my information from their system. Nothing worse then using a company to find out the partnered with an unethical marketing company. Shame on you Proflowers... Will never do business with them again.
