Rude and disrespectful and does not live up to contract

Trying to help as my aprt in being green, I have switched over to natural gas and use Keyspan as my service company with a contract for my air conditioning. The last two weeks I have had five (5) Keyspan service technicians at my home for a aledged tune up.

Well I was told that I needed a new return as my old one was too small. Odd as it has been the same one as I have had since it was installed and has worked just fine. The estimate was between $200.00 and $250.00 work and materials. Was given a appointment date and bingo new tech shows up and knows nothing about installing a new return.

So he makes several calls to the office. I am left with this supervisor in installations name and number. I call this Bill Contras and after four (4) messages I reach him live at the close of day. When i explain to him about my problem he goes beserk! Tells me no one has the right to quote a job price and I bought inferior equiptment and it was not his problem.

I tried talking with him but all he did was throw insults my way. I once again called the Keyspan center and looked for help. I received this Mike Van Siclen name and spoke with him. He referred me to Ray Andersen the Suffolk county supervisor. I have called and left many messages with no response.

I have no where else to go and feel it is needed to leave this complaint. I am trying to lodge a complaint with the NY state PSC and see if help can be had. I pay a yearly fee to Keyspan for my unit and to date they have done nothing more then have me chase my tail. This fellow Bill Contras should not be in his position especially with his attitude. Please anyone that can offer some suggestion for help it will be appreciated.
