Will not reimburse their $49.50 upon requesting cancellation

I paid $1.95 for Internet access to this company. Never received anything so I found out they are charging my account $49.50 for services not rendered. The terms were 14 day trial period. I used debit on 6-12-08 (which debits come out immediately) they say I ordered on 6-10-08. Well 6-12-08 to today 6-18-08 is not fourteen days and I found the phone # on this site and called. Jessica was very rude and said that I signed up on the tenth and that would be the first day so my fourteen days expired on the 16th and they would not refund my money. The bank is charging me $60.00 for overdraft as I am disabled with NO income what so ever.
Jessica led me to a web site that was different than the one I signed up on, right then and there I knew it was a scam.

Upon searching your site I found several complaints against this company for the same reasons. I want my $49.50 back and something done about this company.
