Why pay alot of money we you cant get the warrany promised

About 2 years ago my husband and i bought a $1500 bed from conns. Well feb we called for a service man to come and look at it because it had a big hump in the middle of it, well we were told it met the requirements to be replaced. Well about a month after the inspector came we called conns to check the status on a replacement, we were told the service men never turned in a report on it, so we had to schedule another appointment. Well we finally got a service man out here the middle of may to do another report and take pictures of our bed. He also said it met the requirements to be replaced. He turned in his report but now we are getting the run around like conns doesn't even want to replace it. You know its hard being 4 1/2 months pregnant and sleeping on the couch or floor. Here it is the end of june almost and we still have no replacement. You spend that kind of money on a bed you expect to sleep it longer than 2 years.
