Slimy gutter cleaners don't pay for services

Whoever is operating this business/website is using the internet specifically Craigslist to hire out of state sales contractors to set appointments and close sales, then not paying them (Google interstate gutter cleaning for more complaints).

I have the entire relationship documented on email including the one where he states how much he owes me and that he is going to mail me a check. The only name I can find on the website is David Mcknight. All the other contact info is a dead end. I want to know who this scumbag is.
