DOES NOT CARE about employees

Allied Barton does not care what happens to their employees as long as they continue to hold contracts with their clientele. If you have a problem and go to your immediate supervisor and they forward it onto the Allied Barton account manager, they will do nothing to rectify they situation because they do not care about anything other than continuing to hold the clients account and get paid for it.

I had such a problem at my post in downtown San Antonio, TX. I was told, by the corporate security chief of the post institution, that if there were any problems to go through the regular channels of my immediate supervisor and then to my account manager and if nothing was done about it, then to forward such information onto them, which I personally did for the client was mentally and verbally abusive to ALL the security team members, as well as their own in house staff (they say everything in Texas is bigger... That's only true to a certain extent... Mainly it's just peoples over-inflated egos of themselves and their nose in their air, judgmental attitudes and jealousy fueled fears). So I notified the clients corporate security chief, who then proceeded to contact the post institution and question the manager about such information I provided them with, only to hear such denied by the client, so then I proceeded to prove such to the corporate security chief, and then wham, bang, the client pulls me off the post, citing I was "saying crazy things that scared them"... Which were never heard coming out of my mouth, but rather an ass kissing employee of theirs. So, I call my account manager and let him know what happened and they told me that it was a Human Resources issue and that they would align a meeting between myself, the employee, and them, the account manager... And human resources... And nothing ever happened. Numerous times I have left messages to my 'boss', which have been ignored for over 6 weeks now, so I have taken such upon myself to go above their head to Allied Barton's corporate level to reign hell down upon them, just like I did to the client to get he necessary changes needed. So I'm not working, but I'm still an employee of Allied Barton, shuffled off to the side, not fired... And definitly quitting... That's not going to happen, because Allied Barton is going to be paying my unemployment wages for jerking me around for so long, when all it takes is for my 'boss' to lean over their cubicle and schedule an appointment with Allied Bartons human resources department.

My point is Allied Baton does not care about it's employees, they only care about making money, not you, not the client, not anything, just making money. So pick a better career field, though if you do decide to make your career in the security work... Pick another company to work for.

PS: as security for the client I was posted at I did very little security work. It was ALL PUBLIC RELATIONS and running around doing things the clients employees should have been doing in the first place or standing around starring at the street.
