Beware of old friends callin you from Allied Barton

I am in the process of sueing Allied BArton for a number of reasons. My so called friends that are still at the guard post/site where I was fired from never called me after I left. Until now... Right before my trial is to begin and friend I will call Tom calls and starts talking... Oh I hear you are sueing Allied Barton... I said no meaning not to discuss this when I heard a faint click on the phone. As a former police officer and an investigator the hair on the back of my neck warned me something was going on. He was recording my call. He did not tell me he was recording the call nor were there the little beeps required to record my call legally. I told him I had to go.

I had my wife call later on the next night and as soon as she called he said for her to hold on and when he came back started all over again... Same thing. Now he is the same guy who before I left told me that when I call the main office to watch what I say because they recorded Tom's calls when he called to report the site supervisor and second in command calling off every month and then not paying the guys who covered their missed shifts. No one at Allied Barton tells you that you are being recorded. Again this is illegal and none of us should be subjected to this kind of illegal wire tapping. Who knows maybe they even tap our home phones-just my opinion and not based on facts. But it really upsets me that an employee from Allied Barton would call me pretending to be my friend and so concerned about my well being and then to tap my conversation with him. ALso I just found out from I guy I applied for another job that Allied Barton employees at my site are telling him not to hire me because I am sueing Allied Barton. So I did not get hired... But I will aplly again.

I am thinkg of sueing Allied Barton employees for what the three of them just did to me. If Allied Barton has done something illegal to you fight back... Get an attorney or file a EOO complaint. Do something to get justice.
