Ebay thinks there bigger than government courts banks and the truth is there dead wrong. They have no recourse whatever. Possible suspension is the only way they can go when annybody disagrees. They atempt to intimate folks telling them [ dont trade outside of e bay ] not safe, the only thing about not tradeing outside e bay is [ e bay wont get payed ] tradeing goes back to trading horses. [ buyer beware ] like always. Ebay is greedy and unfare. There to big, to fast. There reasons for there suspending are [ thats our rules ] no different than telephone companys contracts. When is the last time you herd of annybody going to a court for not staying with a phone company when they have a contract? Never. To heck with anny co laws. Not enforseable, in real life. My law: dont be intimated with there laws.
