Voice stream.com ripoff outlandish late fees

Hello i had a cell phone and had called to see if there was any term charges and i was advised there would br no term charges then, THEN I CANCELLED MY CELL SERVICE AND RECIEVED I BILL 200 TERM CHARGES I HAVE CALLED OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND WAS ADVISED THAT I RECIEVED 200 TERM CHARGES BECAUSE I HAD A BAl due of 100-

Which i had sent a check and they didn't recieve it i have paid eveything except the 200- that has gone from early term charges to late payment charges???

I have asked for a manger call back over and over again and still have not recieved any call, now to find out that my account was sent to collection and still have not recived anything in writting re the bal except the final bill with the 200- stl oweing!!!
