Sold me a broken first aid kit and would never correct it or refund the money! Portland, Oregon

A sales rep, Sasha Tariguchi, called on me April 7/08 and sold me a first aid kit and a poster. After she left I discovered that the kit was broken.

We made numerious calls to her, she would answer 808-258-8237 and promise to come by and exchange it but would never show up. After several weeks we told her to come and get the first aid kit and the poster, she promised but never did.

I called the 866-875-6044 number on the brochure and after several calls, staying on hold for 20 minutes, being cut off calling back and again staying on hold I finally talked to a representative who identified herself as Laura. She first said they do not give refunds. When I was more insistant I was agian put on hold. When she came back on the line I was told to fax all the sales information to 866-650-8263 and I would recieve instructions about returning the mechandise. This was faxed on June 5 and I have not yet had a responce.
