THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF, They take your money and will not answer emails and won't deliver

I want to warn others of this website.

I ordered an Item from a website and gave them a credit card number and they have never sent me my item but they have charged my credit card.

They said they don't have to give me a credit back to my card. I then tried to order something else in place of my original order for almost the same price. Still no. Every item listed on their website is never in stock and always on backorder. There is not a phone number to contact them and if you email the only response you get is we will get back to you in 1-3 business days (in which you might hear from them in 3 months if you continue sending emails).

My order was for a $78.64 die cast car. Below I have attached the email I finally received from them. The only reason I received a response is because I sent 20 of the same email back to back and it stood out from the rest of the emails as noted in their response.

Then I found out that they are doing this to 500 people. That means they have received over $39,000.00 from customers and no one has received the items they paid for. (which means $78.64 x 500 = $39,320.00)

To me that calls for some kind of action.

Someone should be notified of what this company is doing. Their website does not have an address or a phone number so you can not contact them. That should have been my red flag as to not buy from them. But I
did. I placed my order on October 27th of 2007. I did get one response saying my order was on back order. They only use email as a form of communication. They never answer when they say they will. The only reason
I received a response last time is because I sent the same email 20 times back to back. The following is my last to emails.

I also think anyone that is putting information about this company on this site should also report them to the Better Business Bureau. Also I sent this email to NASCAR.com the following is there response:

I think a lot of the drivers would be very upset if they are sponsoring this company and they don't deliver on their products.
