Unlike the others I have been able to get through to this "company". Unfortunately also without success. I also had 221.95 wihdrawn from my account mid september. I have received my benefits package (you have to send additional money to get your "benefits") end of November now, but no credit card. I'm not sure I ever will. The number I called is 678-239-0133. Good luck to all. Don't let it ruin your holiday!
