I ordered 3 personalized dog collars with names and phone #—they came but were just iron on letters, which, of course came off in less than a week
i tried to call the company phone #, but no one ever answers
you can leave a message, but no one ever calls you back
you can't return, only exchange (for more crappy merchandise)
i turned them in to the Better Business Bureau, who could never reach them either
so they just gave up
so I want the public to know to
AVOID this company
There is NO recourse, thru ebay or paypal or whatever
RUN... Run... As fast as you can
