Owner, Or CEO They failed to send me merchandise which I had already paid for. Many emails were sent, all of which one was ignored with the message "Hey, your bag is on its way." Never saw it. Never got it

I had purchased a handbag from a a site named www.trillfashion.com. I was starting my own business and want to purchase wholesale items. I came across this website and made the purchase. These people did and would not accept credit cards. That raised an eyebrow. I checked out the Moneybookers, a company they wanted me to use to pay them. I searched on Google and found disheartening news of how people weren't too happy with Moneybookers. So I didn't pay that way.

In one of their emails, they suggested that I pay them on my Blackberry phone? Where did they get the idea I had one of those? I never sent them my cell phone number. They would take money either by Transunion or check; the only options left.

Anyway, I paid through a company check, which had cleared after several weeks. With the emails arriving stating that the merchandise was on its way, I waited. And waited. Finally, when I realized that I had been robbed, I informed the Better Business Bureau and reported all the details to them. They went ahead and did their job. All of course, to no avail, since this Deshawn Surabian and Trillfashion never responded to any of the BBB's inquiries, the case was dropped.
What was left? Small claims court? And where would that have taken me? More time lost, no money recovered.

I once sued a moving company for losing some of my things. Did the courts help? No. I had to settle that with the moving company; even if the moving company was sued.

I feel like a complete idiot, even though I'm not. And the lesson of this story is: If you can't touch it, feel it, smell it, you didn't buy it. Enough said.
