Ripped off and scammed

I have had several accounts with this company.in May I both called and faxed them requesting to cancel my accounts and would they please refund my money. To date, I have not heard a word. I have lost their fax # and I tried calling the only phone number I have. There is a recording saying that the number is not a working #. It was working last May. Would appreciate your help. They owe me $255.00. Thanks
