Never refunded my money! Did not reply to my requests or emails

I ordered a dress from them for my cousins wedding. They finally sent me an email saying they could not fill my order. I asked them to refund my money. No reply. I then left 30 emails and online chat emails to them. Nothing back. 3 weeks later they tell me they are sending my request to accounting for a refund. Again, i wait. Write them 30 more emails asking them where it is. 3 weeks later and i have nothing. No response, no money. They are the WORST and i hope they go out of business
