Negligence, Improper Business Practices

This company has ripped us off from day 1. They promised us that they would help alleivate our debt by having us make monthly payments to them. They said they would handle everything once we gave them the creditor and account infromation in addition to a power of attorney. We were told we would have 1 person dedicated to our account and that person would remain in constant contact with us. Well, that simple is NOT the case. Our accounts gets tossed around to different people every week to two weeks. We never hear from them or get status reports on what they are doing for us or what the next step is/should be and what we need to do. I found out after 8 months had gone by that someone in the company terminated our payment plan with them! They had no authority to do this and have done nothing to rectify the situation other than to begin accepting payment again. Then we found out that after our initial fee was collected, that we are expected to open a separate bank account to save the additional money noted in their payment schedule. They've made 2 feebad attempts to settle our accounts for us and I've never heard back on where we are with that. Every service rep I talk to tells me something difference and while they are very apologetic, nothing gets done. They are taking our money and doing nothing to help us get out of debt. Meanwhile, debt collectors are still calling despite thier apparent "cease letters", we are being taken to court by one of the accounts they are supposedly working on and our credit is continuing to go down the toilet. I've reported them to the Better Business Burearu, but doubt we'll hear anything back. I want out of this contract and some justice for this company's failure to deliver their services!
