New custom dog kennels built with scratches and poor welds

I ordered 42 new custom built kennels for my dog boarding kennel. The kennels were delayed several times for delivery after Horst Co. President gave me a written guarenteed delivery date. Payment was requested several weeks before the kennels were even finnished.
A partial shipment was sent late after the guarenteed delivery date. I was informed all parts were being shipped. The components that did arrive were mix and match and I could not even begin to install them if I had wanted.
The kennel panels made of the indestructable plastic were all scratched to some degree. I ordered new, not factory seconds!!!
When I called Tracy (the President of Horst) he said he would take care of it. After this he would not take any call from me or try to resolve the problems.
At this time, I retained an attorney to negotiate with Horst, and they still would not fix any of the problems they created.
After a month of trying to negotiate to get these panels repaired, I finally realized this company will not stand behind there product, and I was forced to buy my kennels from a different manufacturer of kennels.
I have tried for over a year to recover my money from this company and have had an arbitrator award me all my money back and Horst Company appeal this award. The legal battle continues in Riverside County, Ca Superior Court. You can search "www.countyofriverside.Us" for this court case.
This company will not stand behind there product, no matter how poorly they manufacture a Custom Product.
Please stay away from this Company.
