Ripoff, Catch Von Zoeller's Dirty Trick, German Shepherd not trained as paid for and promised!

Laura Krpan, Randy Zoeller, and Von Zoeller Kennels sold a 6-month old "trained" dog to me. I have the terms of the training in writing: socialization, housebreaking, crate training, and basic obedience (sit, down, stay, heel). When the dog arrived she was not trained at all, knew none of the commands, or socialized.

The kennel avoided all my calls and letters asking for help with the dog. I finally involved the BBB as a moderator, and Von Zoeller gave them false information which I then countered using the written documentation that I had kept. For example, they claimed that they never promised to train basic obedience, and said that they did socialize the dog - on their property with their immediate family (that's not how socialization goes!).

When they realized that I had the written documentation and they could no longer lie to the BBB, Von Zoeller kennels promised to give me a full refund if I shipped the dog back to them. I agreed, but wanted this in writing (promising to refund the money upon receipt of the dog) to protect myself from being taken advantage of again.

Von Zoeller never sent anything to me in writing, then they started avoiding the BBB's calls and letters asking when I could expect this documentation. The BBB closed their file with a negative judgement against Von Zoeller Kennels.
