(real estate investors) they are scams and liars - took about $16,000 of my money first and advised me they are now not going to handle my property

WATCH OUT - These people are scam artists.
They misguide you the whole time - they automatically assume they are going to take over your property - you fork over some money for them to market the house and because there is no equity in the property.
You handle over them the money and later tell you oh, the house is not what it is worth and hand over less then what you gave them - Gave them $35000 and kept $16000 for fees. For what? How do you like that? For doing absolutely nothing.
They will not give me my money back.
I will be seeking legal counsel.
