Collection Calls to Family Despite CCCS Payment Plan

They keep calling me in attempt to collect on a credit card debt. I've consolidated and am making payments through a CCCS, but these people still keep calling me and making threats. They say that a lawsuit is pending against me, but I've yet to see that happen. Then they change their tune and say I can settle with them for a percentage of what I owe. They don't have the correct account number for me and as I have other arrangements with CCCS and my credit card companies, they should stop calling me. But they don't. I don't know who they are or what money they think I owe, but its all seems extremely suspicious and underhanded. They keep harassing my family day and night and my mom has told them that I dont live there and they need to stop calling her, but they don't listen. From what I've read, it seems that 1. They are breaking federal laws. And 2. They seem to be a very shady company and there have been quite a few reports filed against them.

I'm in the process of asking CCCS what I should do and I'm going to also call my credit card company and ask them if they sold the account.
