I, like others, recieved in the mail a $5,000.00 credit limit for a credit card. They charged 49.95 to process it. I recieved it today and it is only good for their catalog. What a rip off!

They never specified this and led you to believe it was for all credit card purchases anywhere.
I can't believe they can get away with this... This is Fraud.
