Yes all BEWARE of trying to find help on the web to find someone or something and running into Web Detective.
As others have already said, they offer a $2.95 fee for a few days as long as you cancel. Their site didn't find any of the information i needed and as others have said it was very difficult to navigate. I also cancelled it the same day that I signed up for it. Lo and behold now a month late a $39.99 charge appears on my credit card for a Privacy Chest... Whatever that is. I haven't gotten one and I don't want one.
So BEWARE of this company.

You can refuse to pay through your credit card company.
Web Detective gives no telephone number that I can find so I can't call them and try to get it straight.
Not a reputable company at all.

Supposedly there is a tiny box somewhere in all their stuff that you need to check if you don't want a privacy chest, I never saw it.
