I called a lady on the consumer protection report in Texas (ps if you call consumer protection in Texas, they will give you a report of everyone who filed against the company). When i spoke to her, she told me that she took them to court and won, she has a judgment on them here in Dallas, Texas. I cannot believe that someone took them to court i checked it out it is true, it is under public records, i am so happy that someone is doing something. I am going to follow suit. She was nice enough to discuss her case with me. Anyway i just wanted everyone to know that Allen and Associates has a judgment on them i am so happy it is not funny. Since GE will not give me a refund, this seems like a very good way to go. Thank you my friend in Texas for your tips.
